Attendees completing both Valves 101 & Actuators
101 session will receive .5 CEUs, issued by the Valve
Manufacturers Association. If attending only 1 of the 2
sessions, .2 CEUs will be awarded.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund on registration cancellations received
before Sept. 15, 2009; 75% refund on cancellations
received by Sept. 30, 2009. Due to hotel and other
meeting guarantees, no refunds thereafter.
Substitutions accepted anytime.

North Loop West Freeway, Houston, TX 77092, from Oct. 28-
29, 2009. For reservations please call the hotel directly at

date to receive this rate is Sept. 30, 2009.
