The North American Catalog of Valves: A Product Preview
The Ninth Edition of the North American Catalog of Valves—a sourcebook of U.S. and
Canadian valve, actuator and control manufacturers—will be rolling off the printing press in
the next few weeks. This biennial catalog features information about the Valve Manufacturers
Association, a helpful checklist on how to specify valves, a discussion of the benefits of using
U.S. and Canadian manufacturers, detailed information about VMA member companies and
much more. We are featuring more companies than ever in the upcoming edition—75—and
each listing includes contact information, product types, end-user industries, a description of
the company’s capabilities and additional data.
To preview the Catalog of Valves, we’re including the “Product Matrix” in this edition of
Valve Magazine. Over the next four pages, you’ll see the list of companies included in the
upcoming catalog and the types of products they produce.
We remind our readers to also check out our two online Product Finders. The first includes
VMA members that manufacture valves, actuators and controls (these are the companies that
appear in the catalog). An additional product finder functions as our online Suppliers Guide,
and includes companies that produce auxiliary products and services for the valve industry.
