FLUIDIC

valve design for
switching flow
paths. The
patented
4-way switching
valve incorpo-
rates integral pneumatic actuators for shuttling
two ball rods between opposing ball seats. The
independently controlled ball rods can produce
multiple flow path combinations. The valve is self
adjusting to compensate for ball/seat wear with
built in extended ballrod travel. The valve was
designed for high cycle rates, abrasive com-
pounds, and chemical compatibility.
Optional valve sensors are available to monitor the shuttling of the ballrods. The valve is
designed for pressures up to 3,000 psig (206
bar) and is available in S316 or anodized 6061
aluminum. A 3-way version is also available.
